Our make up day is primarily for students who were absent on original picture day.  iSmile will send you a list of students with no photos, and it may be helpful for you to compare that to your list of absences for that day.  

If a student had their photo taken on the original day, and they are not satisfied, please ask parents to send in a note with what they want changed so the photographers can make sure the parent likes the new photos.   This will also help you to know who is supposed to have a retake, as many times students are not sure.

Students who are doing their first picture of the year on make up day will be given an access code.  Students who are doing retakes will use the same code from their original pictures, and the new photos will replace the original ones in their gallery.
